The point of this blog is to inspire myself and others to push themselves above and BEYOND. It all starts with the mind once you get that mind set nothing will stop you!

I have a new blog check it out: http://amazoniamma.tumblr.com/. This one will remain up until I gather all of my favourite posts & transfer them over to my new account. It is time to start anew with my blog. My weight-loss progress re-started about a month ago & I’m on track. Failure isn’t final and victory isn’t success: we learn from failure and being victorious tends to lead us into laziness which then translates into failure. We must keep on going and never give in. Just because your seeing results does not mean you slow down, you go harder. That is the lesson I learned with my last bout and now I use my failures as tools for success.

REVAMP!

I’m going to REVAMP this blog. I’ve been back and forth with it as of late. I’ve fell in love with a new art form of working out. The word ART should be key. Changing coming soon.

ps. I’m still pealing back the pounds. I haven’t given up nor will I ever. You should do the same. Thank you for those who are still following. Changes are coming soon.
